Definitions

The general terms and conditions set out below shall apply to all sales of goods and services by G&B Group SRL and its partners, through the online store www.deruncu.ro to the Buyer.

Thus, the following terms shall mean:

ONLINE STORE: a web page belonging to G&B Group SRL, located at www.deruncu.ro, through which any person can purchase the products offered for sale by G&B Group SRL, having access to information about these products.

Buyer – Any natural person or legal entity that has accepted the terms and conditions of this site and places an order in the online store www.deruncu.ro.

Seller – the company G&B Group SRL.

Specifications – all specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services, as specified in the Order.

III. Online Store

This site is an online store located at www.deruncu.ro that offers for sale natural fruit juices, owned by the seller SC. G&B Group SRL and operated by it or by its authorised representatives.

Personal Information

Any information regarding the contract concluded between you and www.deruncu.ro will be stored for a limited time and will be available to third parties only at the request of judicial authorities.

After the processing of the order by www.deruncu.ro, we do not assume responsibility arising from the transmission of incorrect data by you. You agree that the provision of services or products will begin immediately after the completion of all required registration formalities. The information provided must be correct, accurate and complete. By opting for registration, you undertake to provide us correctly with your name, address and other useful information. To correct or update this information, access the menu in “My Account”. By accessing the account and using the personal password, you are responsible for all actions arising from their use. G&B Group SRL cannot be held responsible for errors arising from the user’s negligence regarding the security and confidentiality of their account and password. If we find that the data entered does not correspond to reality, is inaccurate or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account.

Personal Data Security

Your personal data will be used only for the declared purpose of this site. The information from the order form will be used to send you order confirmations, possible promotions, periodic newsletters, etc. We undertake not to make public and not to sell databases containing information relating to the personal data of our customers.

Member Registration, Password and Member Conduct

By registering as a member, you will be asked to choose a username (email address) and a password. You are responsible for keeping your member access password safe on this site, and any activity carried out under your username is entirely your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised activity under your username.

Registration Obligation

In using the service, you agree to provide true, correct, current and complete information about yourself, as specified in the user registration section, and you agree to provide this information correctly and completely.

In the event that we consider that this obligation is not respected by you, we reserve the right to block your access, for a determined or undetermined period, to the use of the service without any prior notice.

Order at www.deruncu.ro

You can place an order with us by completing the online order form by clicking the “Add to Cart” button or by telephone. Acceptance of the order on our part takes place when, by SMS, you are notified of the parcel delivery.

VII. Customer Obligations

The customer is fully responsible for the ordered products from the moment of delivery, and any damages of any kind caused to the products, whether by the Customer or any third party, do not imply liability on the part of the Seller.

VIII. Price and Payment Methods

The prices displayed include VAT (19%).

The purchase price shown on the invoice will be the same as the one displayed on the site at the time of acceptance of your order by G&B Group SRL, to which delivery costs are added.

Payment for products is made in cash upon delivery of the product or by card. You can also purchase by payment order (bank transfer).

Delivery

This website is intended exclusively for the delivery of products to individual or corporate customers, sole traders or family businesses, exclusively to addresses on the territory of Romania.

The risk of loss or deterioration of the products is transferred to you upon successful delivery of the products. Delivery of the ordered product(s) is conditional on payment of their price, including delivery charges, as specified in the order acceptance form sent to the buyer. If the customer only purchases spare parts or oil, the transport cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Order Fulfilment Deadlines

We do not guarantee the stock availability of all products displayed on the online store www.deruncu.ro. For this reason, we reserve the right not to fulfil a particular order if the respective product is no longer in our stock.

In the event that we cannot supply the goods, you will be informed as soon as possible. If you have already paid for the goods, the money will be refunded within a maximum of 48 hours to the bank account indicated by you.

In most cases, your order will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 (two) working days from the date of its confirmation by www.deruncu.ro.

In conditions of force majeure that prevent delivery (exceptional natural and weather phenomena, earthquakes, floods, calamities or situations assimilated to force majeure, legal prohibitions or situations that do not directly depend on the online store www.deruncu.ro) you will be contacted by one of our operators to confirm the delivery day.

Cancellation of an Order

G&B Group SRL has the right to refuse an order placed by a buyer, the buyer being notified of this.

XII. Advertising and Links to Other Sites

All information on the site (including here and without limitation, texts, photos, products, prices, logos, advertisements, promotions, etc.) that is on the site, in the online store www.deruncu.ro, is the property of G&B Group SRL or its suppliers and is protected in accordance with the Copyright Law and the laws regarding intellectual and industrial property rights.
